Moroz V. Comparative researches of results of skin incision use of different configurations in maxillo-facial surgery

Dissertation is devoted to question of scalpel with shaped flexure blade use for the purpose of improvement of surgical treatment results and increase of aesthetism of postoperative cicatrices. Experimental there were 36 rabbits) and clinical (there were 83 patients) researches were carried out. All examined patients were divided into two groups according to using for dissection of skin scalpel and configuration of section. Clinical, thermometric, cytological researches were carried out, and also measuring of skin electroconductivity of patients. It was determined that in the main group of calm down symptoms of inflammatory phenomena were registered on the third day of postoperative period, in control group the characters of inflammation were preserved to 7 days. Epithelial cells predominated in smear-scrabes in representatives of the main group on the 14-th day, that it was indicated on active process of epithelisation of wound surface and recovery of injured tissues. Received results during researchhave confirmed expediency of use for dissection of face and neck skin scalpel with shaped flexure blade. Wound with primary adhesion in 97,7 % cases with formation of soft, painless, slight, esthetic cicatrix in examined patients of the main group.
