Kudryavtcev V. The criminal-law protection of judicial power bearers' life under criminal legislation of Ukraine

TDissertation is an independent complete work on the problems of infringement upon judge, people's assessor, juror's life or their close relatives in connection with their activities on administering justice. Due to modern theory of criminalization some basic notions were analyzed, i.e., judicial power, judiciary, administer justice in connection with judicial power bearers notion as main element of criminalization of such a deed. Elements of juridical state of judicial power bearers' life protection were analyzed: concerning theoretical issues and problems of criminal-legal qualification including punishment adequacy. New version of norm on criminal responsibility on infringement upon judge, people's assessor, juror's life or their close relatives in connection with their activities on administering justice was given
