Proskurina A. Peculiarities of clinical course, diagnostics and complex treatment of infectious mononucleosis in children of the South of Ukraine

The dissertation considers the modern peculiarities of clinical course, diagnostics and treatment of infectious mononucleosis in children of the South of Ukraine. The results of the clinical course and investigation of infectious mononucleosis in 422 children of Odessa and its region was follows: changing of season’s cases, age of patients, some clinical and laboratory data, 70 times increase of cases of the disease during the last 20 years. The original expert computer system based on mathematic algorithm of estimation of the severity of the clinical course of infectious mononucleosis, was proposed. Research was conducted with the use of cyclopheron and lymphomyosot in complex therapy of treatment of infectious mononucleosis in children. The efficacy of the use of cyclopheron and lymphomyosot allows to shorten the temperature period 1.5 times; intoxication was reduced by ?; the incidence of hepatosplenomegaly was reduced 1.5 times and of lymphadenopathology – 2 times.
