Essay

Object - quails of the Japanese breed of egg production trend at different levels of mineral nutrition. The purpose - to base experimentally optimal levels of zinc and cobalt in mixed fodders and to determine their influence on productive qualities, digestivity of fodder nutrients and metabolism in quails. Methods - zootechnical, biophysical, chemical, biochemical, microbiological and statistical. Novelty - influence of increased levels of cobalt and zinc in mixed fodders on productive qualities and efficacy of fodder nutrients utilization in organism of quails of egg productivity trend was studied at first time. There was got new data about mineral elements balance in organism, their content in eggs, liver and breast muscles. There was expanded data about interrelation between cobalt level in mixed fodders and vitamin B12 content in egg yolk and liver of bird. Results of researches - are used in practice, educational process and research work. Branch - animal industries.
