Essay

The thesis deals with the prevalence, diagnosis and prevention of sensorineural hearing loss in workers of "noise dangerous" occupations on the basis of complex study of dose-effect dependence of noise influence. It was determined that the frequency of professional sensorineural hearing loss among Donbass workers during 43 years had significant frend to increase. Real risk levels of professional sensorineural hearing loss development in Donbass coal miners which correspond to the meanings of risk development of professional sensorineural hearing loss of the World standard ISO 1999.2 (1990) and significantly exceed risk, calculated by indices of the observed professional sensorineural hearing loss has been scientifically grounded. It has been proved that under increase of noise load brain vessels ability to vasodilatation in test with nitroglycerine became worse which witnessed on the decrease of their functional reserves. It's manifested in intracranial sections of vertebral arteries. Principles of risk development groups forming sensorineural hearing loss have been developed (meanings of hearing function indices and cerebral hemodynamics have been determined, scheme of after shift rehabilitation and dispensary has been developed. Rate of periodical medical examinations on the basis of noise dose has been grounded, proposals for change of order №45 of the Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine have been developed.
