Suprunenko V. Phenomenon of State: Theoretical Legal Foundations of Formation and Evolution.

The work is dedicated to general theoretical investigation of state phenomenon, aspects of forming conception of its genesis and functioning, analysis of its essentional characteristics, defining of its social destination. Such a dedication make possible the definition of state's nature, revealing in the theoretical form of its most important qualities, understanding of possible trends and prospects of its evolution. On this ground the author characterized the notion "state" using the methodological potential of typology, specified the qualities of concrete forms of different states. The special attention given to the classical and non-typical forms of government, main, specific and peculiar forms of state organization, types of political regimes including their kinds and sub-kinds.
