The physical and chemical model of refined basic oxygen converter bath with the injection of powder mixture of ore, containing Mn, carbon containing and slag-forming materials has been worked out in the desertion. The reliable information about the structure and parameters of the reactionary areas, the hydro-gas-dynamic and heat-mass-transfer, taking place under diverse variants of converter bath blowing with the elements smelting reduction, applied in designing the industrial patterns of multipurpose lance devices and testing of cast blowing regimes with use of modern methods of high-temperature and numeral modeling was obtained. The theoretical and experimental ground of the effectiveness increase of afterburning outgoing gases inside converter for the proposed methods of the combined blowing. Recommendations on blasting and slag regimes of melting processes with top blowing under smelting addition reduction of ore, containing Mn, were given and then transmitted for the introduction in converter shops of JSK "Dneprovsky iron & steel integrated works named after F.Dzerzhinsky", JSK "Mittal Steel Kryviy Rih", JSK "West-Siberian Steel Corporation".
