Chernobay A. Legal means of employee's personal data protection.

The thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of relations arising out of employee's personal data protection. The definition of employee's personal data is given, its legal concept is explored and classification is carried out. The definition and general requirements to the processing of employee's personal data are being determined. The order of obtaining, maintenance and use of employee's personal data is explored, and also liability for the violation of the legal norms', which regulate obtaining, processing and protection of these data. On the basis of analysis of special literature, current legislation and practice of its application, international labour standards and positive foreign legislative experience, propositions and recommendations on improvement of legal regulation of relations, arising out of employee's personal data protection, are introduced."
