Vygovs'kyj D. Criminal Subculture in the Mechanism of the Juvenile Criminality

In thesis are analyze the criminological and criminal-legislative problems of the negative influence of the criminal subculture on the society and directly on minors. . In thesis have carried out the complex scientific research into problems of the criminal-legislative theory and criminological methods of counteraction for the spreading of pseudostandards and ideology of the criminal subculture in the society. In this work are formulate the new theoretical principles, makes more exact substance of special conceptions, which make possible the improvement of Ukrainian criminal law in theoretical and practical aspects.The investigations of Ukrainian and foreign scientists, who considered the problems of the negative influence of criminal-subcultural pseudolaws and ideology, methods of counteraction for this influence for the society on the whole and specifically for minors was analyze.
