Research object are processes of co-operation of the magnetic field with ferromagnetic particles at their extraction from the shredded corn and flour; purpose is upgrading flour by effective extraction of ferromagnetic particles on the base of mathematical model of co-operation of ferromagnetic particles with the magnetic field; methods - classic laws and conformities to the law are used physicists and methods of mathematical design of processes and vehicles, experimental researches in laboratory and industrial terms were conducted on the known methods with the use of the proper devices and apparatus of control, measurings, fixing and COMPUTER for the decision of tasks and treatment of results of supervisions, and the use of planning of multivariable experiment is similarly foreseen; practical result - the method of calculation of the electromagnetic separators supplied by the field reflector-absorbers for extraction of ferromagnetic particles from the shredded corn and flour is developed; scientific novelty - got further development principle of the even distributing of the magnetic field on all working area of electro-magnetic separator due to application of the field reflector-absorbers. The electro-technological parameters of electromagnetic separators are grounded on the base of the developed mathematical model of co-operation of ferromagnetic particles with the mag-netic field. Got further development dependence of the border affected zone of reflector-absorber on a ferromagnetic particle from strength of current in the puttee of separator, allowing to optimize the structural parameters of arrangement of reflector-absorbers in separators. Industry of the use is processing of corn materials.
