Klendiy P. 3. Energykeeping system of pneumatic transferring of grinding grain products and flourmilling enterprises.

The process of pneumatic transferring of air mixture on meal grinding enterprises was the researchment project. The decreasing of energy capacity of pneumatic transferring of air mixture of meal grinding enterprises by means of adjusting its rate and work routine of electrical equipment were the aim of researchment. The methods of researchment are generally scientific, laboratory and statistic. This researchment elucidates the results to show the rate influence of air mixture and its concentration on pneumatic transferred process and energy capacity. It is proved experimentally that determined argument which influences on electrical capacity of pneumatic transferring equipment is velocity of air mixture. The optimal way and velocity of air mixture on the base of electrical capacity which provide the work stability energy and effectiveness of pneumatic system are determined. The adjusting way of work routine of pneumatic net without sensor of technological parameters on the base of using frequency transformer with vector control adjusting that increase effectiveness and work quality of pneumatic system are worked out. The main results of researchment have been held by industrial and are used in studying process for preparing of specialists on specialist "Energetic of agricultural production." Branch - agriculture.
