Gadetskaya S. Specific features of asthma course and therapeutics among the children with respirator Chlamydia infection

The fequency of respirator Chlamydia infection among the children with asthma was investigated. The specific features of anamnesis, clinic, laboratory data, cytokines and interferon status have been revealed and the basis on the received data, the indications are defined whether the children with asthma should be examined on the presence of infectionness by Chlamydophila pneumoniae. It has been revealed that 62,5% children with asthma are infectioned Chlamydophila pneumoniae, 74,1% have active infection course, and 25,9% have latent course of respirator Chlamydia infection. Revealing of respirator Chlamydia infection, taking into account specific features of development and course asthma on its background, using of additional medicinal effects together with basic anti-inflammation therapeutics allows to reduce terms of hospitalization, to speed up the beginning and to increase the length and stesdfastness of asthma remission what increase the quality of children's life on the whole.
