Patlaichuk O. The revival of natural law's idea in the Ukrainian philosophy (at the end of XIX - beginning of XXth centuries).

Object - the creative inheritance of representatives of movement for revival of idea of the natural law; purpose - reconstruction of the basic philosophical positions of the concept of the revived natural law; methods - analytical, system, historical, comparative analysis; novelty - for the first time in the Ukrainian historico-philosophical science attempt of reconstruction and ordering of positions of the concept of the revived natural law is carried out; results - it is established, that within the framework of the concept of the revived natural law the philosophical substantiation of necessity of expansion of a complex of positive actions of the state in interests of the person is given with the purpose of creation of real conditions of his development, first of all, economic conditions of existence; introduced to lection courses; sphere - philosophic disciplines.
