Priyma N. Clinico-laboratory characteristic and treatment of chronic apical periodontitis in patients with chronic pyelonephritis

It was determined of 188 patients examination, that frequently of founding of chronic periodontitis in patients with chronic pyelonephritis make up 53,1 %. Periodontitis in present patients flow on the background of dysbalansis of humoral immunity with vegetation in the periodontal foci of infection of associations of different kinds of conditionally-pathogenic microorganisms, with frequent (in 1,8 times) detection of my-cobacterium (69,5 %). Exacerbation of periodontitis in patients with chronic pyelonephritis was attended by increase of en-dogenous in toxication, that's why it was high level of the "middle molecules" in blood; exacerbation of chronic pye-lonephritis in 22,2 % observations. Use in therapy of chronic periodontitis in patients with chronic pyelonephritis together with local treatment of common (antibacterial and enterosorp-tional) treatment provided clinical prosperity in the nearest terms at 86,7% patients and clinico-roentgenologic efficacy of periodontitis treatment at 78,3 % patients in remote terms of observation.
