the object - 67 kids with condylar fractures of mandible; the aims to increase of efficiency of treatment of children with condylar fractures of mandible by improving of diagnosing and operative technic, individual establishing of indications for treating method's choice; the methods - clinical, rentgenological, ultrasound, statistical; the new - basing the own research the conteporary treating methods for children with condylar fractures of mandible; the outcomes - the indications for therapeutic and surgical methods of children with condylar fractures of mandible treating, a new diagnostic and therapeutic algoritm was developed for such cases, whith let to avoid the diagnosing mistakes and to increase treatment's quality for theese patients.
