Denysyuk P. Examination Record Form of Inquest.

The dissertation is a monographic research in which actual forms of legal regulation methods of examination record of inquest having been applied in Ukraine and possibilities of its improvement are studied. The essence of examination record of inquest as one of the differentative form of criminal process is examined as well as subject, limits and judicial order of examination record form of inquest, criminal-judicial competence of agencies and public officials who carry out inquest in examination record form and judicial status of law-breaker and other subjects, and also conceptions and types of finishing of the examination record form of inquest. The dissertation includes scientific-grounded propositions which are directed to the improvement of current legislation. Article 35 of Criminal-Judicial Code of Ukraine is proposed to amend with some new articles, and articles 125, 426, 430 of this normative act with new parts, as well as article 185(4) of Administrative Breaches Code of Ukraine.
