Essay

In order to examine contact stresses and theirs devision area in cylindrical unmovable knots with small non-circularity of elements and parameters of tribocontact tribological pairs of slide friction while wearing, a numerical method, generalized for the case of their quasistational arranging, based on the inside element's rotation has been worked out. New practically important contact and tribocontact problems are solved, as a result the influence of various types of non-circularity on the parameters of tribocontact co-operation and durability of slide bearings are determined. A new cumulative model of wearing has been worked out, which allows taking into account the influence of small non-circularity of slide bearing's elements on the contact parameters, life time and wear. With the use of this wearing model as a general model it has been firstly showed that the non-circularity of shaft's angle causes the cyclic change of tribocontact pressures and its unproportional wear. The results of researches are used to prognose the lifetime of rotated slide bearing of drums of assembly for cultivation before sowing.
