An object is parcelling of syntactical unities of Modern German. A purpose is complex research of nominative and communicative specificity of parcelled sentence in Modern German. The methods of structural-grammatical, cognitive-semantical, functional-communicative and discursive analysis are used. A scientific novelty is predetermined by the attempt of complex research of parcelled sentence of Modern German in foreshortening of linguistics' cognitive -discursive. Practical value - materials can be used in making up lecture courses for theoretical grammar and stylistics of Modern German, special courses for theory of discource and linguistic synergy. Field is philology.
