Essay

Subject - cement-water mixture and filled superplasticized cement-water suspension. The purpose is the development of optimum compositions of the filled super improved cement-waters suspensions (SPCWSF). The methods are theoretical and experimental. The novelty is the new methods of experimental tests: determination of coefficient of moving apart of particles of cement by microfiller and water, sizes of particles of cement and microfiller, optimum relation water to hardness for microfiller; quantitative images of mechanical estimations: influences of additions of superplasticizers on viscidity of SPCWSF, interactions of microfiller with the products of hydration of cement; diagrams of interactions by volumes of microcontacts and electrohetrogene contacts in SPCWSF, concepts about an optimum microstructure. Results - at major repairs of the tunnel on the zone between Yavora-Turka railways, repair of foundation under support of railway bridge through Severskij Donecz. The branch of a building.
