The thesis is devoted to the improvement of the chronic hepatitis B diagnostics methods, based on the studying of the disease development risk facts, peculiarities of the clinical course and the liver functioning state changes depending on the infection process phase, the pathologic process activity degree and the disease stage with the following pathogenetic substantiation of the medical actions by the interferon status rates studying and the disturbance correction thanks to antiviral preparation with interferonogenic properties. It has been interrelated between clinico-laboratory manifestations, on the one hand, and the interferon status rates, on the other. As a result of the conducted mathematic analysis among the factors affecting the clinical course of the chronic hepatitis B the most informative ones have been defined concerning fibrotic changes development prediction considering clinico-immunological rates.
