Essay

The main reasons and conditions, which determine the shadow sector of the Ukraine's economy, are studied; the criminological structure of crimes committed in the said sector of the economy is defined. The determinants of the existence and the mechanism of the shadow economy sector development in Ukraine are analysed. The practice of crime counteraction in the shadow sector of the economy by different subjects of the preemptive activity is generalized. The methodological basis of crime prevention in the shadow sector of the economy is formed.
