Gorbanev I. Features of method of investigation of copyright infringements in relation to the illegal recreation and distribution of the computer programs.

Dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and practical questions of method of investigation of copyright infringements in relation to the illegal recreation and distribution of the computer programs. It is explored in a manuscript: elements description of criminalistic of illegal recreation and distribution of the computer programs; features of estimation of materials of previous verification in relation to the illegal recreation and distribution of the computer programs and decision-making about excitation of criminal case; typical consequence situations, versions and features of their verification on the initial stage of investigation; features of conducting of separate consequence actions (investigation review, interrogation); use of the special knowledges at investigation of illegal recreation and distribution of the computer programs; features of co-operation of investigator with operative subsections of law enforcement authorities at investigation of illegal recreation and distribution of the computer programs. Forming of the suggestions directed on perfection of activity of law enforcement authorities in the fight against copyright infringements in relation to the illegal recreation and distribution of the computer programs is a research result.
