Essay

Object of research – lipid metabolism and peroxidation processes in organism of embryos and goslings by different linoleic acid and vitamin E content in diet of the geese Aim of work – management of scientific-practical bases of gooses eggs hatchability and viability of embryos and goslings improvement in account of increase of fat level with high content of linoleic acid and vitamin E in diet of geese during oviposition. Methods of research and equipment – biochemical (colorimetric, thin-layer, gas-liquid and colon chromatography), zootechnical, statistical. Novelty: direct interrelation between sunflower oil, as fat and linoleic acid source, content in diet of geese and lipid and linoleic acid level in egg yolk, liver, yolk sac and skeletal muscle of embryos and goslings was established. Dose- dependent vitamin E content increase and lipid peroxidation products content decrease in egg yolk and investigated organs and tissues of embryos and goslings in first days of life under increasing ?-tocopherollevel in diet of geese was noted. Changes of lipid content and lipid fatty acids composition and vitamin E and lipid peroxidation level in investigated organs and tissues of geese during last embryogenesis and early neogenesis was established. Advisability of vitamin E level increase in diet of geese during oviposition period with purpose of egg productivity and hatchability enchancement was based. Sphere of use – physiology, biochemistry, poultry science, feeding
