The dissertation is dedicated to the methods of the fast linear transformations synthesis and implementation on parallel computational structures improvement. Fast linear transformations execution system, consisting of the flow processor and fast neural network for transformation synthesis, is developed. The system covers a set of common-used linear transformations and allows implement new transformation types by updating processor memory with appropriate coefficients array.
