The dissertation is devoted to the problem of parameters substantiation of massif protective and capacitive properties with the view of determining technological possibilities for nuclear product storing and hydrochemical mode control of adjacent mine and quarry fields on the basis of revealing the mechanism of forming physico-chemical and capacitive massif features after mineral deposits being worked out. The safest and the most economically expedient wet conservation layout for roadways in the areas with radioactive contamination and control layout of hydro-chemical load over working quarry and surrounding massif are substantiated. The in-dicated elaborations are used both while making technical decisions in controlling hydrodynamic flooding layout for the mine "Junyi Kommunar" and drawing geo-technical prognoses for "InGOK" quarry working-out with the expected economical effectiveness of 0.5 mln hrn/year.
