Subject – the process of an intensification of the enterprises innovative activity. Purpose: the theoretical positions development, development of practical recommendations of the research-and-production enterprises innovative activity economic efficiency increase. Method: economic-statistical; the system and complex analysis method; analytical and logic. Novelty: the complex approach to the decision of the enterprises innovative activity intensification problem, on the basis of expenses reduction and duration reduction at each stage of life cycle of an innovative product, and also due to the synergetic effect achievement is offered for the first time. Result: the directions and the ways of increase of the research-and-production enterprises innovative activity economic efficiency to time and resources limitation conditions are offered. It is introduced at the industrial enterprises of Ukraine, in educational process of SevNTU. Branch: the industry, higher education.
