The thesis is devoted to complex analysis of problems of legal regulation of activity of local executive power bodies.The place and features of the local bodies of executive power in the system of state bodies are determined.Problems and structure of legislation of the local bodies of executive power are studied. The peculiar attention is paid to building of system of the local bodies of executive power. Legal status of the local state administrations as the key link in the system of local bodies of executive power is studied.Conclusions and propositions, which are directed for improvement of efficiency of legal regulation of activity of the local bodies of executive power are stated.
