Essay

Object – the interaction processes of wheeled propeller and working parts of machine-and-tractor assembly (MTA) with soil medium. Objective – the improvement of soil-cultivating machine-and-tractor unit operating efficiency on a 3class wheeled tractor basis with permissable loads on soil medium by providing the rational parameters and operating condition of energy wheeled propellers and working part of vehicles. Methods – the analysis of technological processes of mechanized soil-cultivation, design-and-technological parameters of tractor wheeled propellers and soil-cultivating working parts of vehicles has been made by the test and numerical simulation technique and agricultural implements. The experimental laboratory-and field studies have been carried out using the experiment scheduling procedure as well as the combined performance evaluation of working parts of mobile agricultural machinery. The data obtained have been processed by the computerized static method. Innovation – 1) based on the analysis of the technological state changes of ploughed soil if treated with a 3 class wheeled tractor, the mathematical model of wheeled propeller interaction with the soil has been developed and the limitations imposed on the parameters and the operating modes of soil-cultivating MTA under Polissya conditions have been determined; 2) for the first time through the substantiation of the degree of soil density gain in the MTA operation, the joint action of both the tractor wheels and working parts of the vehicles as well as their agreed parameters to ensure the permissable loads on the soil have been formularized in the form of nomogram; Findings. The results of the investigation are used by GSDB “ Gruntomash” (Odessa) and STC “KhTP” (Khakiv) in the design of soil-cultivating machine-and tractor units.
