Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to research and scientific substantiation of the legal regime of the natural resources of the exceptional (marine) economic zone of Ukraine. Substantial attention is focused on defining the exceptional (marine) economic zone as a comprehensive natural object that is studied in the domain of the ecological law. Features separating this zone from other natural objects are identified in the work. The interrelation existing between the legal regime of the exceptional (marine) economic zone and the legal regime of the natural resources of such a zone is studied in particular. Ownership peculiarities over the natural resources of the given zone and the right to use such natural resources are identified.
