Rozhko O. State credit in investment and innovation development providing of Ukraine.

The dissertation investigates of the problem state credit using for investment and innovation development financing in Ukraine. The economic essence and nature of state credit, its classification and role in the conditions of development of financial system in countries with transitional economy are considered. In this time the necessity of realization state loans must connect not only with financing of budget requirements but and its using as loan resources for stimulation of investment and innovation development Ukraine's economy. It is stressed, that the division all projects on commercial, economic and social was proved to increase of effectiveness using state loans. It is indicated that the functioning system of management the state debt is impossible without corresponding institutional and legal providing. Proposals about improving the management mechanism of external and internal state debt are formulated in the dissertation. The opportunities of optimization of the state debt structure with concurrent observance of debt security activities are investigated individually. The following development of state credit directly depends on development of financial system in Ukraine, especially on financial market position.
