This dissertation is the first complex monographic research which the complex of questions of the theoretical and practical character connected to the criminal in - legal characteristic of crimes is displayed, connected with bankruptcy in Ukraine. This subject definitions of specific attributes of concepts "insolvency", "proof insolvency", " financial impossibility " and their ratios are lead; author's definition and a concrete definition of victims in the crimes connected to bankruptcy and subjects of researched crimes is offered; ways of fulfillments of the given crimes are analyzed; The specific criminal - legal contents of each crime connected to bankruptcy, their parities between itself and with other crimes are investigated. On the basis of the results received during research, offers concerning improvement criminal legislations of Ukraine and practice of its application are developed.
