Kazmina O. Organization and management of innovation development in tungsten-carbide production

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of organizational and managerial mechanism in complex innovation development of tungsten-carbide (TC) production and substantiation of its scientific methodical basis. The role for Ukrainian industry of TC production is determined and its modern state and problems are generalized. The necessity of innovation policy according and decisions about innovation development on different stages of managing hierarchy balancing is proved for achieving Ukrainian TC branch renaissance. The mechanism of innovation development organization and management is developed and used. Based on the principle of effective state, branch and enterprise interaction model is built. The recommendations on creating associations in high-tech branches are proposed.
