Object - production of bakery enterprises outlays. Purpose consists in making up of the scientific-grounded recommendations in relation to perfection of method and organization of consideration and intraeconomy control of bakery enterprises outlays. Methods - dialectical, system, induction, deduction, synthesis, analysis,generalization, comparison, scientific abstraction, formalization.Novelty - economic maintenance and essence of intraeconomy outlays control is specified in bakery industry, classification of production supplies and outlays by after the articles of calculation according to the specific of bakery industry is improved, a method isimproved and developed flow-chart algorithm of the automated allocation in a general way of production outlays, the improved forms of summary list of consideration of book of party record of flour of outlays are offered. Type of introduction: developments are used in practical activity of bakery enterprises. Are and fields: bakery industry food industry of Ukraine.
