Essay

The danger series of non-metal inclusions (NMI) are set in steel 20, Ch18N10T programmic impurity: oxides, nitrides, sulfides and plastic silicates - of an electrochemical heterogeneity, a hydrogenation in NACE and other hydrogenating mediums; of the thermal (mosaic) tesselated, mechanical concentration stresses on the phase interface Me-NMI. The new factors of an influence NMI have been shown for the life, durability, hydrogen degradation of steel: electrosorption valency on which was definited predominating role oxides - with a participation of H+ and sulfides - with a participation of H-; the negative differential-effect, that is accelerated fracture of steel, with depending on NMI, at the static and low-cycle endurances. The effective synergetic metallochelating compositions have been developed on the basis of indexes correlations of the physical and chemical phenomena on the surface, in the surface layer and volume of metal with characteristics of the synergetic additions. They are effective for asurface modification of steel for the rise of its life, durability and ecological safety. The dissertation results found the practical application on the productions and in an educational process.
