Essay

Dissertation offered one-step method of activated mixing of cellular concrete composition. In this method is used steam heating for activation of composition when it is mixing. Cellular concrete mixed with one-step method has more compressive strength at 12..31 %. Physical relationship and physical-chemical principals of hardening activated cellular concrete, has been determined. Experimental investigations were set alkali and acidic glue additions effect for time life of foam. The method of cellular concrete composition design was developed. The researches allowed to do an inference about mixing mode and technological properties of cellular concrete. It was working out of technological recommendations for manufacturing of cellular concrete product and monolithic parts of buildings.
