Oleksijchuk O. The Statistical providing of monitoring of the State budget of Ukraine's implementetion

The thesis is the research devoted to development of the informative and analytical monitoring over organization and realization of the State budget of Ukraine's implementation. The author of dissertation conducted the analysis and generalization of the budgetary system realms, budgetary policy of Ukraine and structure of budget as an object of statistical research. The legislative provisions in force regarding one of the stages of budgetary process - the State budget of Ukraine's implementation -- fail to provide complete regulations of the issue of its organizational and methodological research. The author while proceeding from determination of theoretical principles of statistical analysis and its basic methods, determined requirements and tasks for the system of the State budget of Ukraine implementation's monitoring, which results will enable the conduction of the analysis of implementation of constituents of the State budget - revenue and expenditure parts, and also estimation of interbudgetary relations.
