Essay

Subject of research: two-layer matrixes, tubes of pressure, rotors and disks of turbines, seals-rings. The aim: creation of calculation method for strength and durability estimations of axisymmetrical constructive machine elements, which exploitation conditions are creep and high temperatures. Methods of research: continuum mechanics and creep theory methods, Rvachov's function method (RFM), Runge-Kutta-Merson method, Gauss and Simpson numerical methods. Theoretical and practical results: practically important numerical estimations of strength of two-layer matrixes and durability of disks and rotors of turbines, tubes and high-pressure vessels seals, are given. Scientific novelty: calculation method and software for strength and durability estimations of axisymmetrical constructive machine elements are given, which exploitation conditions are creep and high temperatures. The degree of implementation: data and recommendations for designing are given to NSC "Kharkov Institute of Physics and Technology".Application area: in design institutes and during learning process.
