Tokar V. Mobilizing Development of National Economies in Conditions of Globalism

Dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the usage of institutional instruments of national economy's mobilizing development in conditions of Globalism in order to stimulate innovative transformations in national and regional levels. The impact of Globalism as of modern stage of the world economic system's development on functioning of transitional economies and their national competitiveness is exposed. The essence, basic characteristics of national economy's mobilizing development in conditions of Globalism are determined. Concrete suggestions for usage of institutional instruments of national economy's mobilizing development by countries with transitional economies are done.
