Essay

The subject of investigation: blood serum of healthy persons. The aim of investigation: to study and to investigate on experiment the phenomenon of the chemiluminescence of the blood serum (CL BS), and to investigate the environment and temperature effect on it. To formulate the model, which allows to predict the behaviour of such system as CL BS. To conduct the spectral analysis of the CL BS and the analysis of the triggered CL. To investigate the kinetic curves of the triggered CL. The methods of the investigation and the apparatus: speed optospectral techniques, biochemiluminometer, spectrofotometer. The theoretical and practical results: the practical recommendations on the triggered CL exploration at the diagnostics of the cancerous diseases, tuberculosis and sarcoidosis. The CL BS spectrums were investigated, the environment and the temperature effect on the CL was investigated to, the activation energy of the CL and the life-times of the excited molecules characterizing the electron transition of the radiation were analyzed. The quantum-electron model of the CL BS was developed and proposed. The novelty: first the BS activation energies at normal and pathological states were examined, the environment effect on the kinetic curves of the triggered CL was discovered and the quantum-electron model of the CL BS radiation was developed. First the complex the environment and temperature effect on the processes of the CL BS was investigated. The level of the implantation: the results are in use in the clinic diagnostics of the oncological diseases at the Lviv regional child's specialized clinic hospital of the Chernobyl's problems.
