Essay

In work are researched the processes of distribution of elements in system "cast iron - slag". The purpose of researches is development of a method of definition of partial properties of elements of multicomponent systems, creation of models and software for calculation of distribution of elements in system "cast iron - slag". In work for the first time is developed the analytical tool which describes in terms of the theory of the directed chemical connection developed by E.V. Prihodko, procedure of alignment of electronic density on surfaces of cooperating atoms. The expediency is confirmed of use of a combination integrated and partial modelling parameters of internuclear interaction as criterion for the description of partial characteristics of components of system "metal-slag". In the work are received the models of definition of numerical value of limiting solubility of sulfur in slags, of sulfur absorption abilities slag melts, equilibrium factor of distribution of sulfur between cast iron and slag. All developed models are based the automated system " Slag" functioning in automated control system of engineering process of blast furnace of combine "Krivorozhstal". As a result of carrying out of the comparative analysis is revealed the essential reduction variability the contents of sulfur and silicon in cast iron as a result of commissioning system "Slag".
