Scientifically-technological exchange processes in system of international economic relations. Complex analysis on basis of newest international economic relations theories, development of scientifically-technological exchange forms and levels, research of corporative strategies in innovation sphere, and also development of Ukrainian companies conceptual framework into world's scientifically-technological space. Methods: analysis and synthesis, historical method, inductions and deductions, economic-mathematical modelling. Explored: theoretical and practical processes aspects of scientifically-technological companies interchange in global business-environment; development levels and forms of scientifically-technological exchange. It was revealed genesis, disposition and scales of scientifically-technological activity. It was defined the global imperatives of scientifically-technological exchange corporative strategies and place of transnational corporations in national innovation systems. It was analysed Ukraine's participation in international scientifically-technological exchange, investigates an internationalization level of national economy into global innovation system. It was offered the recommendations concerning substantiated state conception of scientifically-technological collaboration in Ukraine and creation of favourable innovation environment, in which domestic companies of high-tech economy spheres would be competitive on world markets.
