Subject of research - processes of development and operation of information control systems (ICS) with using of pre-developed components. Goal of research - increasing of ICS functional safety on the base of enhancement of evaluation methods, formal description and configuration synthesis of I&Cs with using of pre-developed components. Pursued researches are based on methods of system analysis, vector analysis, graph and set theories, probability and combinatory analyses. Scientific results are: method of making profiles of multi-version software, which determines of set of requirements for software; multi-version software life cycle model, that formalizes processes of divers development; the method of multi-version software reliability evaluation for calculating diversity metrics and software reliability indexes on different stages of life cycle; method of multi-version soft-ware development, which allows to choice technology taking into account requirements and project constraints; tools, which are basis of information technology for supporting multi-version software development processes. Degree of application - industrial. The offered results are realized for development of I&Cs of nuclear power plants units. That permits to ground circuit-technique decisions and to ensure fulfillment of requirements to systems functional safety with using of pre-developed components.
