Pashchenko I. The Optimization of Infants' Breast-feeding with Provision for Vitamin Supply of Mothers and Infants.

The dissertation is devoted to studying the possibility of increasing of the infants' breast-feeding efficiency in conditions of the industrial region by rationalization of feeding, women wet-nurse's preventive vitaminization in combination with acceptance of entersorbents. Comparative analysis of spreading and quality of breast-feeding and diseases between children of mothers wet-nurses on the first year of life in conditions of the industrial city and rural territory found better factors of breast-feeding spreading and the state of health among rural children. They were connected with lack of disadvantage ecological factors which influenced children and mothers in conditions of technological contamination and traditions of breast feeding. Systematic preventive using of polyvitamin preparations by mothers wet-nurses during the first year of child's life allowed to increase women's and children's vitamin level and to improve the quality of their health, physical and nervously-psychic development.
