Object - a condition of the basic regulating systems of an organism (immune, endocrine, neurovegetative) in the patients with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis; methods - clinical, functional, instrumental, hormonal, psychological, statistical; novelty - the dissertation is devoted to research of a condition of the basic regulating systems of an organism (immune, endocrine, neurovegetative) in the patients with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and also rising efficiency of their treatment at a sanatorium stage including a standard course of aromobalneotherepy.; results - the interrelations between parameters of the immune status, on one hand, and hormonal, psychological status and vegetative homeostasis, in the after hand confirm the unity of the basic regulating systems of an organism - neurovegetative, endocrine and immune.; it is proved, that correction of the main regulating systems changes allows to increase efficiency of sanatorium treatment of these children; branch - medicine.
