Dissertation is devoted to the increase of efficiency of therapy of dermatorespiratori syndrome at children on different stages to the rehabilitation and improvement of diagnostics of immune and unimmune genesis of this syndrome. It is set that the dermatorespiratori syndrome of immune genesis has large prevalence and heavy flow. Morbidity of DRS higher at boys, and flow more heavy at girls. The method of crystallography is first applied for diagnos-tics of genesis of development of dermatorespiratori syndrome.Efficiency of haloterapy is rotined at children with the dermatorespiratori syndrome of immune genesis in the period of exerbationof at dermatitis, showing up in the decline of syndrome of intoxication and restoration balance in-process oxidant- antioxidant system.At children with DRS in the complex of rehabilitation to plug additions of Biotrof 4 and Bipolan, which increse « oxidant stress».
