Pavlenko V. Criminal-law and criminological characteristic of the public works as kind of the punishment.

The thesis is a complex criminal-law and criminological research of the punishment in kind of the public works. Proposals on improvement of national criminal-law norms about public works with the aim of the next of humane and extension of practice of utilization this punishment are elaborated. Criminological characteristic of crimes is realized, the reasons and conditions their committing are examined. This facts assigned in basis realizing of prevention activities are offered. Scientific substantiating recommendation aimed at the influence on reasons and conditions crimes and improvement of prevention work with persons, which this kind of the punishment, are elaborated.
