The theoretical basis of transition of agroindustrial production to the market are investigated; the features of market transformations in the beet-sugar subcomplex of APC of Ukraine are exposed. Priority of the development in Ukraine of sugar beet production, which is strategic importance in the national economy is grounded. Basic means and methods of state support of beet growing farms are systematized. Measures for creation of a single information-marketing system of beet-sugar subcomplex are proposed.
