The dissertation is dedicated to investigation of the production diversification in the agriculture. The suitable character of the different types of diversification was confirmed. The tendencies of the production diversification in the agrarion sector of Dnipropetrovsk region were exposed. The multi-factor correlation and regression analysis of the effectiveness of diversified using the labour resourses was conducted.The integral coefficient of the diversification effectiveness and the approaches to its increase were proposed.
