Administrarion of carvedilol to patients with portal hypertensive gastropathy leads to improving of the portal bloodstream, metabolic processes and the state of gastric mucosa in patients with liver cirrhosis. The usage of Carvedilol and antihomotoxic therapy (Mucosa compositum, Ubihinon compositum, Galium-Heel) in complex treatment contributies to better repair of such lessions of the stomach in 92,3% patients (58,8% - in control).
