The object of research: innovative process on an industrial enterprise; the purpose of work: the further development of theoretical positions and methodical maintenance to perfection of organization of innovative process on the early stage of their realization by an enterprise; research method and apparatus: supervision, analysis, synthesis, history, system and situation the approaches, selective questionnaire, verifications of statistical hypotheses, expert estimations, methods the package, analysis of hierarchies, ranging and taxonomy, graphic; theoretical and practical results: the essence of such notions is certain as «innovation», «innovative process», «organization of realization of innovations», it is grounded constituents of risk of introduction of innovative projects are exposed, have received the further development the list and essence of works, which make the basis of early stage of innovative process is set, methodical approach is developed to determination of initial term of introductionof making better innovation, it is advanced: the method of estimation and selection of innovative suggestions is offered, the method of determination of priority developer of innovations is developed; the practical value of the received results will be, that introduction of the developed methods, methodical approaches and recommendations allows to increase a management efficiency of organization of introduction of innovations in activity of industrial enterprises; a subject and a degree of introduction: development are introduced into practical activities of the State institute for planning of enterprises of coke-chemical industry «Giprokoks», Kharkov, «Kharkov coke factory Ltd», Kharkov, Joint-Stock Company «Enacievo coke-chemical factory», Enacievo; sphere of use: Industrial activity of the coke-chemical enterprises.
